    That said, here's how we keep it working well for everyone: we focus on campaigns — sermon series, events, and initiatives. A good rule of thumb is about 3 campaigns per month at a healthy pace. If your month is looking heavier than that, we'll tell you — kindly, not passive-aggressively — and we'll work together to prioritize what's urgent and important. The good news? We always have next month.


    Now, if you come to us with a multi-page booklet, a merch line, or a big print project — we love that energy and we can absolutely do it. We'll just be upfront that a project like that takes the place of a campaign month rather than sitting on top of it. No surprises, no resentment, just a clear conversation.
