Campaign Studio Terms and Conditions
Midwood Road LLC | Effective Date: April 13, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a Campaign Studio subscription through a Midwood Road Stripe payment link, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms govern your relationship with Midwood Road (operated by Rhett Thomas) and apply to all Campaign Studio subscription tiers.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your purchase.
2. Subscription Tiers and Services
Campaign Studio is offered in three subscription tiers. Each tier operates on a monthly basis and is scoped to campaign-based creative work.
Campaign Studio | $500/month
Unlimited static graphics for sermon series, church events, and campaign assets. Requests are delivered one at a time, typically within 3 to 4 business days, though larger requests may require additional time. Includes a monthly alignment call and access to a centralized client portal.
This tier does not include standalone social media graphics outside of a campaign, video editing, or campaign planning from scratch.
Campaign Studio+ | $1,500/month
Everything in Campaign Studio, plus unlimited campaign video assets for one primary initiative at a time. Video types include sermon bumpers, event promos, sermon recap videos (with AI-assisted clip selection), and livestream intro/outro sequences.
Video workflows are structured and repeatable. Open-ended or undefined editing requests fall outside the scope of this tier.
Campaign Studio Unlimited | $2,500+/month
Full creative leadership for one major initiative at a time. Includes campaign planning, creative direction and strategy, graphics, video, and web execution. Oversight spans digital, stage, lobby, and print environments.
Onsite video production and photography are available if desired. Travel expenses and additional production costs are not included in the subscription and are scoped separately. This tier requires a discovery conversation before purchase and is not available through self-serve checkout.
3. Billing and Payment
All subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Billing begins on the first day of the month following your subscription activation, unless your subscription begins on the first of the month, in which case billing begins immediately.
Payments are processed automatically on the same date each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Midwood Road to charge your payment method on file for the applicable monthly rate.
All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these terms.
4. Pricing Stability and Rate Changes
Midwood Road is committed to pricing stability. Subscription rates are locked for a minimum of one calendar year from your subscription start date.
If Midwood Road determines that a price adjustment is necessary due to market conditions, changes in operating costs, or service scope updates, you will receive written notice a minimum of three full billing cycles before any increase takes effect. Notice will be delivered via the email address on file with your Stripe account.
You are never obligated to continue your subscription at an increased rate. If you choose not to continue at the new rate, you may cancel before the effective date of the increase without penalty.
5. Pausing and Cancellation
Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at the end of any billing period. To pause or cancel, you must notify Midwood Road in writing before the end of your current billing cycle. Requests received after the billing cycle has closed will take effect at the end of the following cycle.
Pausing your subscription holds your client relationship and project history without incurring charges during the pause period. You may resume your subscription at any time.
Canceling your subscription terminates active services at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Tier changes (upgrades or downgrades) take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Scope of Work
All work delivered through Campaign Studio is scoped to active campaigns and initiatives. A campaign is defined as a sermon series, church event, or organized initiative with a defined creative theme and timeframe.
Requests are handled one at a time to ensure quality and momentum. Midwood Road does not guarantee simultaneous processing of multiple active requests.
Work outside the defined scope of your subscription tier may be declined or quoted separately as a custom project. Midwood Road reserves the right to determine whether a request falls within the campaign-focused scope of the service.
7. Revisions
Revisions are included as part of the collaborative process. Midwood Road will work with you to get deliverables right. However, revision requests must be based on the original creative brief. Significant scope changes or direction shifts after work has begun may be treated as new requests and placed in the queue accordingly.
Midwood Road is not obligated to execute revisions that contradict the agreed creative direction or fall outside the scope of the applicable subscription tier.
8. Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround for static graphic requests is 3 to 4 business days from the time a complete and approved request is submitted. Larger or more complex requests may require additional time.
Video deliverables under Campaign Studio+ and Campaign Studio Unlimited follow structured production workflows. Estimated timelines for video work will be communicated at the start of each initiative.
Midwood Road is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete briefs, late approval of drafts, or failure to provide required source materials in a timely manner.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment for a given billing cycle, Midwood Road grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use all deliverables produced during that cycle for your organization's ministry and communication purposes.
Midwood Road retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, YouTube channel, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Source files, templates, and underlying design systems created by Midwood Road remain the intellectual property of Midwood Road unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
10. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate creative briefs, sermon content, event details, and any source materials (footage, photography, brand assets) required to complete your requests.
You represent that all materials you provide are either owned by you or that you have the legal right to use them, and that their use by Midwood Road in producing your deliverables does not infringe on any third-party rights.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before use. Midwood Road is not liable for errors or omissions that were present in approved final files.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes sermon series concepts, unreleased campaign themes, organizational strategies, and financial details.
This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
Midwood Road's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Midwood Road in the three months preceding the claim.
Midwood Road is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost revenue, reputational harm, or missed ministry opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The services are provided as-is. Midwood Road makes no guarantees regarding specific creative outcomes, audience engagement, or ministry results.
13. Modifications to These Terms
Midwood Road may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If changes are material, you will be notified via email at least 30 days before the updated terms take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
